33pk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33pk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33pk website and all related gaming services available at 33pk.asia. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any bet, wager, or deposit on the 33pk platform.

By accessing the 33pk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 33pk platform. 33pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 33pk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33pk applies a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with its responsible gaming commitment. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering and playing in your own name and for your own personal entertainment. You may not register or play on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 33pk, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your area, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or a voluntary exclusion order in relation to online gaming on the 33pk platform or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded from 33pk and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register a new account.

4. Account Registration and Security

All players must register a single account using accurate, complete and current personal information. The following rules apply to all registered 33pk accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 33pk platform. Creating more than one account — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or other identifying information — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 33pk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
• You must notify 33pk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 33pk will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.
• 33pk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. You must provide a valid copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 33pk will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals.
• 33pk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any unlawful activity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33pk platform are subject to the following terms. These terms apply in addition to any specific terms published in connection with individual payment methods or promotional offers:

• The minimum deposit amount on 33pk is ৳200. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers.
• 33pk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the 33pk account holder. Deposits made from third-party sources will be returned and the account may be investigated for compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal processing times for Visa and Mastercard may vary depending on the card issuer. 33pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is verified in the account holder's own name. 33pk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 33pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, the account profile has not been verified via KYC, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• All deposits and withdrawals on 33pk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33pk does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is solely the responsibility of the player's payment provider.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

33pk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms published at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only. 33pk reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or are subject to account restrictions may be excluded from bonus offers.
• Each bonus promotion specifies the games eligible for wagering to contribute towards the rollover requirement. Bets placed on games not listed as contributing games will not count towards clearing the wagering requirement. 33pk reserves the right to amend the list of contributing games at any time.
• 33pk reserves the right to void, amend, or withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects that the bonus is being abused, exploited through coordinated betting patterns, or claimed in violation of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
• Free spins issued as part of a bonus promotion are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover condition has been satisfied. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account.
• Registering more than one account on the 33pk platform, whether under your own identity or using false identifying information, alternate mobile numbers, alternate email addresses, or the identity of another person.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability in the 33pk platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a bug or error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Depositing, playing with, or attempting to withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime. 33pk maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33pk staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel, including but not limited to support chat, email, or social media.

8. Responsible Gaming

33pk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all players on its platform. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and may be requested at any time by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to be applied to your account. Once a deposit limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time reminders: You may request session duration alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period of time, helping you manage your play time responsibly.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the specified exclusion period has expired.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33pk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 33pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 33pk platform without express written permission from 33pk.

The 33pk name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 33pk. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written permission of 33pk. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the 33pk platform belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pk's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 33pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 33pk platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 33pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 33pk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 33pk's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 33pk will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.
• 33pk does not warrant that the games available on its platform are free from errors. Game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by the respective game providers. In the event of a manifest error in a game result, 33pk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

33pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
